A project schedule plans activities, dependencies and the critical path. A workforce schedule decides who works where, when and on which crew. QuotaPartner’s workforce scheduling is people and crew scheduling tied to your projects. It is not a Gantt or CPM project scheduler.

Availability and qualifications
Availability blocks and qualifications are checked before someone is scheduled on work that needs them.
Conflicts and overtime
Schedule conflicts are surfaced, and overtime candidates are flagged for review before they happen.
PTO
Vacation, sick, personal, holiday, jury duty and bereavement requests with overlap detection and approval history.
Shift requests
Swaps, drops and open-shift claims go through approval. An approval never silently rewrites the schedule.
Project labor
Projects state their labor needs, and crews and employees are assigned with effective dates.
TIME AND THE FIELD
Time that stays connected to the schedule.
Employees clock in and out, take breaks and see their next assigned shift from their phone. Location can be checked at the moment of a punch when your workspace policy requires it, and exceptions go to a manager for review rather than being silently rejected. If the connection drops, punches are queued and replayed safely. Corrections always keep the original punch.
